3. PURCHASES
All items are subject to stock availability. Colours, shapes and sizes may differ as shown due to the processes involved. Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase order until you have received an order confirmation followed by an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. If we discover any errors in your order (incorrect pricing or insufficient stock, for example) then we will notify you ASAP via email. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the ownership of the goods will pass to you on delivery.
We reserve the right to decline an order and if we do so we will notify you of this decision by e mail. This may be because some items shown on the website may be out of stock. In this event a full refund will be offered or an expected time frame for delivery will be provided.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. RhiannonArt uses Paypal for all on line transactions. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay using most credit and debit cards via the site; When you send a payment using Paypal your financial information will not be passed onto RhiannonArt. All payment screens will redirect you away from the RhiannonArt website and onto Paypal’s secure website.
Purchases made through the RhiannonArt website are non-transferable. All prices found on this website include VAT in line with the current rate within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time.
5. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
If we offer Discount Vouchers to customers as a marketing tool, these vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Promotional Gift Vouchers or any other offer. Only one Promotional Gift Voucher can be applied to any single order and only one Promotional Gift Voucher can be claimed per email address per day. Certain products are excluded from Promotional Gift Voucher redemption. Such products are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer (Code) against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, and that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted accordingly.
6. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order for delivery within 3 days however on rare occasions this can take longer. Where this is likely to be the case we will notify you by email. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale as we rely on the schedules of specific couriers or the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail dictates that some postal addresses in the remote areas of the United Kingdom including some offshore islands, may not be covered by delivery services and as such, we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items. You will be notified of this when you place your order and we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address. When we deliver your items, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. This will be conducted by the courier service used to deliver your purchase.
Please contact Rhiannon Art if your goods fail to arrive within the delivery time frame specified, an investigation will take place with the selected courier and where appropriate a replacement item will be sent or a full refund will be given. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address given to Rhiannon Art with an order is correct. Where an incorrect address is provided we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. For a full schedule of delivery prices please see our Delivery Page.
We take full responsibility for any damage which occurs during delivery. If the goods have arrived damaged then you must notify Rhiannon Art within 24hrs of receiving them and arrangements. We will open an investigation with the delivery provider. Subject to their response a full refund or replacement will be made.
7. CANCELLATION
Due to the often-bespoke nature of our products, only bespoke items that are damaged or faulty can be returned. All other items are non-refundable. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days of the receipt of your goods, unless we have previously stipulated that the item is a special order bespoke commission. Our generous 21-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify Rhiannon Art via telephone or by completing the returns form on our website, within the stated 21 day period, cancellations after 21 working days will not be accepted. Please note that you should not send any goods back until you have received confirmation to do so.
Upon acknowledgement from Rhiannon Art of your cancellation, you should return the goods within 21 days and in the same condition that Rhiannon Art delivered them to you. The goods remain your property and responsibility until such time as Rhiannon Art acknowledges receipt or has signed acceptance of the return delivery of the goods. We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for service, such as a reputable courier service as Rhiannon Art will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. In the event of RhiannonArt sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to RhiannonArt within 21 days. RhiannonArt reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for the replacement item for you if you do not return the original item to us within 21 days of the date on which RhiannonArt confirms we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
