We aim to dispatch your order for delivery within 3 days however on rare occasions this can take longer. Where this is likely to be the case we will notify you by email. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale as we rely on the schedules of specific couriers or the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail dictates that some postal addresses in the remote areas of the United Kingdom including some offshore islands, may not be covered by delivery services and as such, we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items. You will be notified of this when you place your order and we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address.
When we deliver your items, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. This will be conducted by the courier service used to deliver your purchase.
Please contact Rhiannon Art if your goods fail to arrive within the delivery time frame specified, an investigation will take place with the selected courier and where appropriate a replacement item will be sent or a full refund will be given.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address given to Rhiannon Art with an order is correct. Where an incorrect address is provided we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. For a full schedule of delivery prices please see our Delivery Page.
We take full responsibility for any damage which occurs during delivery. If the goods have arrived damaged then you must notify Rhiannon Art within 24hrs of receiving them and arrangements. We will open an investigation with the delivery provider. Subject to their response a full refund or replacement will be made.
